Job description:

We are assisting our reputable Financial Services client to look for potentials who have experience managing Compliance Program (Anti Bribery & Corruption (ABC), Data Privacy (DP), Related Party Transaction (RPT), Delegated Authority Limit (DAL) & etc and specialized in financial sector and payment industry to join their dynamic team as Assistant Manager, Governance in Bangsar South

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the compliance programme including but not limited to training and awareness, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy, Delegation of Authority and Related Party compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and review an appropriate Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption program for the Company.
  • Develop, review, and implement compliance policies related to the company's digital payments business.
  • Take responsibility for managing organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines and ensure its alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Conduct policy reviews and revisions as needed.
  • Maintain the compliance universe database to ensure all relevant governance matters are up-to-date and complete.
  • Prepare accurate and timely compliance reports, updates, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders. This includes reporting to the Management Audit Risk and Compliance Committee and the Board Risk and Compliance Committee.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum tertiary qualification in Law, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant governance requirements and industry standards, especially in the financial sector and payment industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across all levels.
