Job description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  1. Provide first and second-level support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  2. Diagnose and resolve software application problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary.
  3. Utilize diagnostic tools and logs to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
  4. Will be working on shifts
  • System Maintenance & Updates
  1. Monitor application performance, ensuring optimal functionality and uptime.
  2. Coordinate with development teams to implement software updates, patches, and enhancements.
  3. Frequent night activity may be needed for system update and maintenance activity
  4. There will be 24hr shift arrangement
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  1. Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
  2. Generate reports on support trends, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
  1. Work closely with developers, QA testers, and other IT professionals to enhance application
    performance.
  2. Participate in regular reviews to assess support processes and recommend improvements
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experiences:
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues course work or assignment.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of average 75% of the total GPA. Eg GPA 3 out of 4.
  • Skills
    Basic knowledge of SQL query.
    • Understanding of database general principles.
    • Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
