JOB PURPOSE At TNG Digital, we are in the business of offering our customers unparalleled payment convenience with the Touch ‘n Go eWallet. As Head of Online Business, you will add to the equation by leading strong and innovative online ecosystem programs, and bring more value for customers and partners. You will manage, strategize and implement partnerships with, but not limited to, retail companies, FMCG brands, digital content providers, telcos and F&B players into our e-Wallet’s ecosystem and expand our service offerings in the online and digital space. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a talented team to manage current and new/potential key projects and maintain business relationships in the online and digital sectors. Identifying, implement and driving strategic initiatives in partnership with online ecosystem players to increase use cases in Touch n Go eWallet, expand service offerings, deliver value to customers, in line with the specific business objectives of the company. Manage the performance of campaigns conducted with partners in the online ecosystem and continually monitor and evaluate results against agreed KPIs to ensure that business objectives are being met Ability to pivot on strategies, tactical campaigns and solutions for the online ecosystem traffic and transactions to be optimised, with strong emphasis on data, user experience and value creation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously across all phases of the project lifecycle, from ideation to execution. Ability to gain macro and micro perspectives on issues and act proactively. Guide and motivate team members. Track expenses and manage budgets related to execution of transport related activities and agreements. Prepare reports on partners’ and TNGD’s own programs including past performance, projections, market comparison analysis, feasibility studies, etc. Managing any ad-hoc special projects/opportunities with the online and digital ecosystem partners as and when required. Liaise with cross-functional supporting teams, including commercial, product development and technology teams. End-to-end accountability of all aspects online ecosystem campaigns including operational execution and planning. REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 12 years in commercial or product management roles within the fintech or digital commerce industry. Preferably with experience in managing c-level and senior management internal and external stakeholders. Skill/Knowledge: Knowledge of partnership marketing, affiliate marketing and co-branding. Understanding of digital commerce, finance and payment industry. A passion for problem solving and turning challenges into opportunities for business growth. Innovative, responsive and service oriented, able to work and maintain strong business partnerships. Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to deliver presentations to partners and senior management. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
