Job description:
- As a liaison between the software product management and software development team to ensure software release process is well coordinated
- To review the released software quality with software quality manager to ensure the quality compliance is met
- Responsible for documenting interaction (questions and responses) from internal customers to ensure all open points are addressed
- Manage and coordinate resources to perform software released as planned
- Generate reports from the in-house developed analytic system, conduct data analytic from the generated reports and recommend necessary enhancement to the software business owner
