Job Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and respond via calls, emails, or chat. Ensure all enquiries are answered or routed to the appropriate support channel. Manage customer escalations, ensuring they are addressed, tracked, and escalated as needed. Follow all documented procedures accurately, including call flows, work processes, data entry, and complaint management. Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and take ownership to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate professionally, politely, and effectively with customers. Review and analyze purchase transactions flagged for potential errors or fraud. Investigate discrepancies to identify the root cause of transaction issues.
Job Requirements Diploma with a minimum of 6 months working experience Degree holders (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply) Willing to work rotational shifts (24/7, 5 days work week) Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, read, and written) — required for market needs
