Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Role Overview
We are hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Professionals to support users of a leading E-hailing platform in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support while adhering to SOPs, quality standards, and performance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional manner

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions

Comply with SOPs, quality guidelines, and performance metrics

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery

Manage customer expectations in high-volume and time-sensitive situations
Minimum Requirements

SPM or Diploma qualification

Fluent in Mandarin (Traditional) – spoken, read, and written

Good command of English

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Customer Service experience

Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
