Job description:
A: TALENT ACQUISITION - Manage hiring activity for the Group. You are accountable for full recruitment process and life-cycle
- Plan, manage job posting optimization, recruiting channels, Employer Branding, and proactive development of talent pools
- Build and improve productivity of Talent Acquisition Team member by providing leadership and direction on job
- Develop performance goals and motivate the team to exceed expectations. Leverage metrics/KPI’s to monitor and enhance the team’s performance
- Drive standardization of the recruitment process and supporting tools
- Responsible for pre-boarding and onboarding, i.e. lead New Employee Orientation experience
- Provide staffing expertise, advice and counsel to senior management and all levels within the organization on a variety of staffing issues
- Retain and develop relationships with select third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms, in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
B: EMPLOYER BRANDING - Increase overall employer brand awareness on the external talent market to attract the best talent
- Represent the company as ‘employer of choice’ to the external labor market and maintain strong relationship to external partners like Universities, Student initiatives etc.
- Work with senior management in setting strategic objectives for talent management
