Job description:
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal and external parties such as Sales & Marketing, Project Planning, Project Implementation, consultants to perform feasibility study and financial modelling on existing and new land bank to achieve new launch budget.
- Source for new lands / projects and establish contact with real estate agents and third party for potential outright purchase/JV and privatization
- Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence or market research of real estate development opportunities.
- Prepare complete feasibility study to present to management for land acquisition and other investment opportunities.
- Involve in database management, trend analysis, competitors analysis, overseas property market, design and concept, prepare reports and present to the management.
- Assist the Head of Business Development in managing the department.
- Perform any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time
Requirements: - Degree in Valuation, Architecture, Town Planning, Quantity Survey, Business Study or property related discipline
- Minimum 15 years in property developer industry
- Experience in land feasibility study and financial modeling
- Experience in preparing development proposal & business proposal
- Experience in property market research
- Willingness to travel, sense of integrity, and responsible
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communications skills
- Self-motivated & independent
