Senior Java Developer

Job Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Java-based applications and services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Participate in code reviews and system design discussions. • Lead technical design and architecture for scalable, maintainable, and high-quality systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, analyzing logs, and implementing long term solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable, high-performing systems. • Mentor junior developers by promoting coding best practices and knowledge sharing. • Recommend and implement architecture improvements, design patterns, and performance optimizations, including database tuning. • Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance product quality, security, and innovation. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support development, maintenance, and team knowledge sharing.
