Specialization: MARKETING OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Job description:
Main Responsibilities: - Provide business administrative support to management and sales team.
- Research and compile information on the latest market trends, consumers’ behavior, market segmentation, SWOT analysis, suppliers’ information etc.
- Coordinate with salespersons and collaborate with vendors on various subjects.
- Prepare sales presentations, marketing collaterals, letters, reports and business proposals as and when required.
- Source for potential suppliers and customers.
- Monitor and manage online marketing platforms such as Facebook.
- Cooperate with team members and other departments to carry out sales and marketing activities.
- To assist management in resolving problems.
- Keep track of all work progress and highlight any risks observed or anticipated.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior or management.
Requirement: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Preferably at least 2 years of working experience
- Experience in handling sales enquiries, sales documentations and customer relationship management
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
