Job Descriptions: 

• To support Radio network planning of: GSM/CDMA2000+EVDO/UMTS+HSPA/Wimax/LTE. 

• To provide: Radio coverage & capacity & in building dimensioning, performance monitoring, site engineering, network audit 

• Capable to perform frequency/SC/PCI/Neighbors planning 

• Familiar with network traffic forecasting methodology 

• Familiar with planning and simulation tools: Unet/Winspace/Actix  

• Provide support for customer technical enquiry. 

• Participate in 24/7 on call service. 

• Capability in using Huawei Discovery and Huawei Smartcare tools will be a plus 

• Perform RF Optimization for GSM, WCDMA, LTE TDD/FDD 

• Perform network resources audit and capacity management. 

• Perform new features trial, activation and performance monitoring. 

• Be responsible to ensure good network performance for customer and achieve acceptance KPI/KQI, monitor and expedite for acceptance progress. 

• Capable to identify root cause for performance degradation: interference, pilot pollution, weak coverage, capacity congestion, neighbouring issues, overshooting and etc 

• Attend internal and external meetings with various levels and layers i.e. Project Managers, RF Engineers, RF Managers etc. 

• Perform Manipulation, Collection & Analysis of OSS/OMC/MR/MML Raw Data. 

• Overall in charge for Project delivery & closure (PAC/FAC).

• Equipped with 5G knowledge is a must

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.

• Min 5 years of RF planning & optimization experience in LTE/WCDMA/GSM/EDGE network

• Excellent in the fundamentals of LTE/WCDMA/GSM/EDGE systems.

• Excellent in multi vendors’ wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization.

• Experience in Technical Management and Project Management.

• Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
