Job Descriptions:

  • Good understanding of end to end process of telecom operations and maintenance (ITIL, eTOM, etc)
  • Experience executing consulting projects and an exemplary track record in providing client satisfaction
  • Must be able to performed complex solution selling with a consultative approach. Should be able to create an engagement model for approaching the customer.
  • Understands the operator environment from an operational and network perspective. Must be familiar with Fixed and Wireless technologies as well as the transport and service layers.
  • Develop the potential mature consultancy services opportunities
  • Be able to understand financial models, business cases and return on investment (ROI). Be able to analyze opportunities that are worth pursuing and make recommendations of how to close a deal.
  • Provide strategic market and customer insights. Must be knowledgeable about the telecom operator business, organizational structure, decision making process and overall process flow
  • Must have good knowledge of the competitive landscape and be able to strategize on improving our market position.
  • Must have deep connections at the C-level with relationships at multi-levels within the operator environment.
  • Mobile operator sales and business intelligent experience is a strong plus

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in engineering, Computer Science or related technical field preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of telecom experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good team working ethics
  • Excellent oral written communications and Strong presentation skills with good fluency in English.
  • We prefer a telecom background with good knowledge of IT( OSS/BSS/SDP), VAS services and consulting
  • A self-starter, assertive, with a high degree of self-confidence.
  • Be able to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the capability to structure and solve problems using a hypothesis-based approach
