They are seeking to hire an Assistant HR Manager to work on-site at their office in Makati, Metro Manila.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on training and development, performance management, employment branding, and culture.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams and drive cultural change.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
