Assistant HR Manager

Our client is a food processing and investment holding company with more than 300 subsidiary companies, and is one of Asia's leading agribusiness groups. It has over 500 manufacturing plants and an extensive distribution network covering China, India, Indonesia and some 50 other countries and regions. 

They are seeking to hire an Assistant HR Manager to work on-site at their office in Makati, Metro Manila.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on training and development, performance management, employment branding, and culture.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams and drive cultural change.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
