Senior / Technical Support Executive

Job description:



  • Support technical inquiries from customers and propose suitable products
  • Support Sales Team to handle customer’s technical queries or requirement
  • Manage customers’ products claim
  • Liaise with Japan HQ on technical certification
  • Set up and manage technical seminar to reach out to potential customers
  • Prepare technical presentation material for events




  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Precision / Industrial Engineering
  • At least 5 years (Senior Executive)/ 3 years (Executive) of relevant experience in similar B2B industry*, field application/design experience preferred 
  • Candidates with mechanical design/automation knowledge will have added advantage
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM, Excel and Powerpoint is a must (Access skill will be preferred)
  • Proactive learning attitude and have a good sense of Kaizen (Improvement)
  • Self-driven, able to work independently as well as a team player 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Transport allowance and related expenses will be covered by company when visit to customer.
