Job Description: - Phone Management: Professionally redirects calls and screens for suspicious phishing calls to protect company assets.
- Document Handling: Sort, distribute, and log all incoming/outgoing documents and parcels, ensuring the right person receives them.
- Visitor Management: Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate person, maintain the visitor logbook, and issue access tags as per company procedures.
- Office Administration: Manage docket stock for courier services, handle department requests, and file air-waybills and other documents.
- Reception Maintenance: Keep the reception area and lobby neat and clean at all times.
- Support P&C Department: Provide administrative support as needed.
