Job description:

  • Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient cutting, portioning, and simple cooking.

  • Support the chef in preparing soba dishes and maintaining smooth kitchen workflow.

  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including washing utensils, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper food storage.

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs at all times.

  • Provide support to hall staff when needed (serving dishes, clearing tables, or delivering food).

  • Report directly to the Senior Kitchen Supervisor.
