Job description:

Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient cutting, portioning, and simple cooking.

Support the chef in preparing soba dishes and maintaining smooth kitchen workflow.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including washing utensils, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper food storage.

Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs at all times.

Provide support to hall staff when needed (serving dishes, clearing tables, or delivering food).

Report directly to the Senior Kitchen Supervisor.
