1. Purpose of Recruitment

2. Position Details

• Job Title: Head of Sales & Marketing Department
• Who will report to: Native Japanese Operations Manager
• Subordinates: 2 staff members

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of marketing initiatives
• Market and data analysis
• Planning and execution of lead generation campaigns
• Organizing and participating in related events
• School visits and admission support
• Administrative tasks and open campus operations
• Occasional business trips within Malaysia

3. Requirements

Mandatory:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing (industry not specified)
• Ability to work with KPI awareness (e.g., number of student enrollments)
• Strong hospitality mindset
• Ability to multitask effectively

Preferred:

• Interest in Manga and Anime
• Interest in Japanese culture and language
