Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
Identify and target potential clients within the manufacturing sector in Malaysia and Singapore
Conduct cold calling, appointment setting, and online sales meetings
Perform field sales activities, including on-site visits to factories and manufacturing companies
Present product demonstrations and propose tailored solutions to meet client needs
Existing Client Management
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers
Support product adoption, onboarding, and user engagement
Build and maintain mid- to long-term client relationships
Conduct needs assessments to identify upselling or improvement opportunities
Collaboration with Japan Headquarters
Attend regular online meetings with the Japan HQ overseas business team and Malaysian staff based in Japan
Assist in planning and executing sales strategies aligned with regional objectives
Support sales operations and related administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales (any industry)
Proficient in English; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage; Japanese language skills not required
Willingness to travel within Malaysia and Singapore
Possession of a valid driver’s license
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B sales
Experience in SaaS or IT service sales
Experience selling to manufacturing or industrial sectors
Overseas working experience
Employment Terms & Benefits
Salary & Incentives:
Monthly salary: RM 7,000 – RM 10,000
Estimated annual income: RM 112,000 – RM 160,000
Salary review: Twice a year (May & November)
Performance bonus: Twice a year (May & November)
Leave & Benefits:
Annual leave: 8–16 days (based on years of service)
