Job description:

This is a position at the world's largest online shopping platform.

The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing Customer Service to Japanese customers and dispatching teams via phone/email.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Order placement inquiries
  • Delivery status of ordered products
  • Refunds/returns
  • Inquiries about site vendors and other relevant inquiries
  • Resolve carriers’ issues

Requirements:

  • English and Japanese language proficiency
  • JLPT N1 & N2 with at least 6 months Customer Service experience
  • Below JLPT N2 must have at least 5-7 years working experience using Japanese language

Education:

  • SPM and above

Working Hours:

  • Shift rotation (6am - 9pm)
  • (Different timing will incur during training period)
  • 5 day week

Other notes:

  • Visa provided (For other nationalities)
  • One way flight to Malaysia
  • 2 weeks accommodation provided (first 2 weeks reach Malaysia, based on vacant situation able to stay up to 4 weeks)
