Job description:
Job Responsibility: - Provide support in handling airline ticketing procedure, including fare enquiries.
- Familiar in Global Distribution System (GDS) to search, book, and manage flight reservations.
- Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required.
- Familiar with the airlines Standard &Procedures and Reservation and Ticketing Process.
Requirement: - At least Diploma in any
- Minimum 3 years experience of ticketing in tourism industry
- Knowledge of SABRE and GALILEO is an advantage
- Willing to work day/night shift hours
- Possess good knowledge of IATA & AIRIMP policies
