Job description:

Job Responsibility: 

  • Provide support in handling airline ticketing procedure, including fare enquiries. 
  • Familiar in Global Distribution System (GDS) to search, book, and manage flight reservations. 
  • Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required.
  • Familiar with the airlines Standard &Procedures and Reservation and Ticketing Process.

Requirement: 

  • At least Diploma in any 
  • Minimum 3 years experience of ticketing in tourism industry 
  • Knowledge of SABRE and GALILEO is an advantage
  • Willing to work day/night shift hours 
  • Possess good knowledge of IATA & AIRIMP policies
