Company background We are representing our client, a global digital business service company that provides a multilingual hub that supports services in more than 20 languages and dialects in Asia. They are looking for passionate and responsible Customer Service Specialists to be based at Georgetown, Penang. - 5 working days/week, 2 off days

Responsibilities • Demonstrates passion for customer service, ownership of the customer experience and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. • Obsesses over the customer experience and constantly strives to exceed their expectations. • Providing a high caliber Customer interaction as measured by Client’s call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction survey • Assisting Customers by answering queries relating to their order status, changes and delivery timeframes.
Requirements: • Fresh graduates (Diploma & Degree) are encouraged to apply • Candidates with customer service experience will have an added advantage. • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese languages. • Passionate in customer service. • Willing to work at Georgetown, Penang.
