Key Responsibilities
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
-Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers
-Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
-Adhere to operational processes and service-level agreements
Requirements
-Native Korean speaker (spoken and written)
-Good English proficiency (B2 level and above)
-Customer service experience preferred (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome)
-Willing to work night shift
