Job description:
Our client is a manufacturer which located at Johor Bahru, Johor. Currently they are hiring for Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Indoor) to support on customers’ requirements, enquiries and shipments schedule. Main Responsibilities - Work together with internal departments and external customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Understand customers’ requirement and identify sales opportunities from the potential customers.
- Maintain a sustainable relationship with the customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers thru telex-communication (e.g. Emails, faxes, etc.).
- Manage full process of sales cycle (i.e. prepare quotation, issue invoice/sales confirmation to customers, issue shipping order to production, follow up shipment schedule, and closing).
- Participate in marketing activities such as overseas exhibition, etc.
Requirement - Diploma/ Degree in relevant field
- Min 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Having basic shipping knowledge is preferable
- Computer literate (MS Office, etc.)
Other Info - 5 working days (Mon – Fri) with flexible working hours
