Supply Chain Senior Manager

General Job Functions

• Responsible for managing and administrating a department (including customer service, purchasing & logistics, planning)
• Responsible for analyze, plan, develop, implement and execute strategies towards achieving company's goals and objectives.
• Responsible of managing subordinates career development.
• Responsible of to plan, develop, implement and execute company activities related to such as Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Safety & Health Management System, company policies, rules and regulations, etc.
• Responsible of planning, organizing, coordinating and delegating jobs to the respective subordinates.
• Responsible of managing confidential matters, business affairs and trade secrets of the company.

Specific Job Functions

• To ensure company common goals and targets are met.
• To lead and manage production and material control, shipping and customer service sections, purchasing, logistics , warehouse ,etc in accordance to company policy and work as an effective team.
• To ensure total customer satisfaction achievement and provide the highest quality support to internal operation efficiency.
• To motivate direct  / indirect subordinates to strive for continuous improvement.
• To liaise directly with sales, corporate, customer and relevant department where required.
• To review policies and working standard which are applicable to daily operations where required.
• Responsible for planning accuracy and inventory turns target.
• Maintain good relationship with customers.
• To execute any other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Economics/Business Administration.
• At least 10 years of related working experience, preferably in semiconductor / electronic manufacturers.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Self motivated individual who is able to work well under pressure with accuracy and commitment in MNC manufacturing environment
