Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead the Stamping Operation team which includes production, maintenance, process engineering and tooling.
2. Initiate , introduce ,develop and implement continuous improvement programs such as yield, quality, cost reduction and productivity.
3. Responsible for meeting set KPI’s such as on time delivery, production output and cycle time.
4. Identify and initiate employee development programs in his organization.

Other requirements:

1. Knowledge of tool and dies including trouble shooting and design.
2. Knowledge of design and simulation softwares ie Autocad, Ansys etc…
3. Good knowledge in SPC analysis tools.
4. 8D, PFMEA and design FMEA knowledge.
5. Good working knowledge of Quality Systems.
