Company Overview: Healthcare and wellness company, manufacture, market & distribute nutritional supplements and wellness products (e.g. vitamins, probiotics, weight-management formulas, herbal dietary supplements)
Job Requirements: - Required skill(s): Microsoft office (PowerPoint, excel, word) especially with high proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel is required
- Possess a degree in related field preferably marketing or science background
- Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience in healthcare or health supplement industry, pharmaceutical or related fields
- Experience must include strategy, brand building, new product development, as well as creative development and execution
Job Responsibilities: - Work with Head of Marketing to develop a complete brand marketing plan geared towards end users for each key product within portfolio, in line with strategy, budget and targets of company.
- Drive the brand by working with cross functional team (sales, trade marketing, design, regulatory, supply etc) progress and tracks the development of all product initiatives and ensure timely launch of New Product Development, NPD within objectives and timeline.
- Lead in innovation, activation, advertising and promotion for deployment of Brand Marketing Plan.
- Lead and develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for new product launches and driving growth of existing brands. This includes carrying out post campaign evaluation to drive learning & development.
- Provide in-depth analysis and findings with plan of actions in monthly basis using market share, sell out (when available) and sell in data.
- Manage, plan and execute brand launch campaign and event activities.
- Develop and Lead promotional activities including promotional pack with mechanic with trade marketing.
- Responsible in managing brand budget. Monitor and control Advertising & promotions, A&P expenditure within budget allocations.
- Lead on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, market trends, promotional programs and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunity.
- Work with Visual, Brand and Communication (VBC) to produce materials of visual impact and within brand and advertisement guidelines.
- Actively involved in monthly inventory sales forecast and monitoring. Lead person to update commercial team of any changes in stocks movement e.g. Out of stocks, delay etc.
- Work closely with trade marketing and sales team on all strategies, activities and implementation.
- Familiar with digital and social media concept.
- Familiar and comply to advertisement compliance for healthcare products.
