Job description:
- Monitor and analyze SaaS and cloud consumption to identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast Digital Workplace technology spend based on usage trends.
- Analyze license utilization and support renewal, renegotiation, and rationalization decisions.
- Collaborate with IT Product Owners to embed cost accountability into service ownership.
- Prepare dashboards and reports to communicate cost drivers, risks, and savings opportunities.
- Support implementation of showback and chargeback mechanisms where applicable.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve pricing structures and consumption
- efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
- Continuously improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and transparency across the Digital Workplace landscape.
