- Conduct regular sales metings with stakeholders and maintain the sales system.
- Plan schedules and strategize sales deal processes.
- Meet with customers and facilitate joint meetings with presales and sales tech support.
- Prepare proposals, ranging from basic to tender-scale, defining them appropriately.
- Exhibit strong team-building skills and handle pressure in dynamic team environments.
- Implement lean management principles to establish effective communication with customers and ensure deal maintenance.
- Manage and generate leads from various sources, such as marketing events, seminars, and door-to-door approaches.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create product-focused sales materials and align them with unique selling points (USP).
- Execute sales campaigns with the sales team to facilitate closings through leverage.
- Support marketing events by identifying industry trends and opportunities, then funnelling them into the sales process.
- Commit to monthly sales forecasts and targets, a crucial aspect of the role.
- Ability to travel to Singapore, Malaysia, and other parts of Southeast Asia for sales meetings.
- Self-manage travel plans and claim transport expenses from the company.
