Project Manager, IT Project Management Office (PMO)

Job Purpose*

The project manager will manage and coordinate large and/or complex IT Programs in accordance with sound and accepted project management principles often involving multiple functional areas. He or she will focus on ensuring the timely delivery of the overall project rollout whiles maintaining the integrity in the alignment to scope, timeline and budget.

In addition, the project manager will track status for management focus, and escalation on underperforming areas and non-compliances with necessary follow up to ensure that gaps are managed and fixed.He or she must be able to operate with independence and minimal supervision.

Roles & Responsibilities* 

• Provide strong leadership, direction and guidance to the project team, and able to work well with business and technical managers, to ensure business capability provided conforms to user requirements, while adhering to overall IT architectural roadmap. 
• Responsible for procurement, vendor and contract management for outsource implementation and consulting partners.
• Responsible for budgeting and spend management of projects under your charge.
• Responsible for all-levels of stakeholder management within IT, vendors and users for projects involved (from C-levels to working levels).
