Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the development, design and production of the integrated annual report, including Sustainability Reporting, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Administer the review and update of information on sustainability and ESG platforms, as well as corporate website.
  • Plan and coordinate tasks to ensure alignment among internal and external stakeholders, meeting project demands and deadlines effectively.
  • Maintain a comprehensive register of the company's corporate policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate arrangements for general meetings and other corporate events.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the HOD or management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or professional degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields, with experience in sustainability/ESG reporting and annual reports production. Company secretarial experience is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with corporate reporting, corporate governance and sustainability/ESG reporting frameworks and requirements.
  • Good organizational and project management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to task management and attention to details.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to craft clear and compelling reports. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in leading and collaborating with cross functional teams on multiple projects and timelines.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling confidential information and sensitive issues.
