IT Analyst - Digital Transformation

Responsibilities:

• To identify and liaise with external vendors on the most suitable project implementation method and timeline
• To provide expert evaluation on the quality and scope of work by external vendors
• To liaise with operations team and IT department to coordinate project testing, quality check, integration and launch of digitalization system
• Maintain the system and stress test for any technical issues or errors plus provide 24hours support to system stability
• Provide training to operations staff on the use of new digitalization system
• Support the HOD on the project implementation

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in related fields of Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Data Science, Computer Science, etc.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience as an application engineer/developer with a background in industrial transformation, data analytics or any relevant fields preferred.
• Team player with good interpersonal abilities including self-motivated, proactive, independent and problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and deal with completing priorities under strict dateline
• Demonstrate and practice leadership, stakeholder management, conflict resolution and change management approaches and skills.
• Work closely with business to expand and increase data platform capabilities to resolve new data problems and challenges by identifying, planning, and integrating to implement best-practices and enforce them across the organization
