Job Description

As a QMS manager, you will be expected to manage the development, implementation and maintenance of the QMS processes and knowledge of QMS standards; including the handling on communication or interaction with global partners and external customers during audit/visit.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  1. Manage Quality Management System
  2. Communicate with global internal customers and external customers
  3. Provide technical leadership and support
  4. Manage and develop the team
  5. Identify strengths and create specific development plans
  6. Provide recognition and drive accountability
  7. Promote teamwork and resolve conflict

Requirement & Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent 
  • Knowledgeable in IATF16949 and ISO9001 requirements
  • Familiar with AIAG 5 core tools; especially in SPC - preferable to be experienced in statistical control
  • Proven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource requirements
  • Excellent organizational and management skills and outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
