Job Responsibilities

  • Execute University Relations strategy and program administration in Malaysia that will include:
  • Strategic university segmentation
  • Key account management
  • Differentiated engagement and hiring programs for interns and new college graduates
  • Early talent identification and pipelining
  • Organization promotion and program marketing
  • Technology and process optimization
  • Gather intern requirements from the business
  • Recruit, hire, onboard and convert top intern talent and manage the overall program
  • Provide subject matter and geographical expertise
  • Build and maintain relations with key University partners
  • Partner with HR and Business stakeholders to align and deliver new college graduate and internship hiring
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and Global University Program community to understand current and future workforce requirements, and alignment to key universities
  • Execute a recruiting plan and administer country program in a matrix environment
  • Participate in the global recruiting community on best practices for university relations
  • Provide data, metrics and reporting to multiple partners

Capabilities/Competencies Required

  • Effective and creative recruiting and sourcing skills
  • Experience establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key University contacts ranging from Career Services, Faculty and Corporate Relations.
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion recruitment best practices
  • Program and process management experience
  • Experience collaborating across organizational and geographic boundaries
  • Strong ability to analyze data sets and create action plans to address gaps
  • Ability to form relationships and work with different types and levels of partners, including senior leaders
  • Experience crafting and delivering communication materials and representing a corporate brand for the purposes of developing positive relationships with universities and students
  • Ability to effectively plan brand events, guide multiple projects and opposing priorities, while maintaining flexibility to shift priorities as needed to meet business goals
