1. Prepares Budget Report and Sales Report (Export / Local) by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
2. To coordinate & perform BD order
3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
4. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. To monitor / budgeted and accrue Trade Marketing Fund.
5. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
6. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
7. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
8. BD sales operations work.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
11. Supply chain – Logistic and warehouse. Liase with 3rd party logistics or inbound process, warehousing and inventory management.
12. Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination.
13. Overseeing the arrival of shipments.
14. Undertake additional responsibility from time to time as assigned by superior.
Knowledge of Sales
• 3+ years’ experience for marketing department in FMCG industry
• PC skill; excel, power point etc.
• Negotiation and presentation skill
