Summary of Position
Sales operation have to be discipline and able to handle Sales Merchandiser team. This person is required to travel. Able to work independently.
- To handle the Sales Merchandiser Team
- To handle Modern Trade outlets, Distributor / wholesaler
- Strong in Trade execution
- Strong relationship with trade buyer
- Able to handle IKA, LCA account such as Billion, TF Value, Super Seven, Sri Ternak, etc
- Responsible to hit monthly set targets.
- Able to prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Graduate in Business Administration/ Marketing
- At least 2-3 years of Sales related experience in FMCG company
- Knowledge of data analysis
- Willing to travel

- Good communication skills in written, verbal and presentation.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and computer literacy.
- Able to manage reporting tools systems and market research systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with various people of different levels and departments within the company.
