Job Descriptions:

• Approve and process invoices generated by the system.


• Create GRN for goods return.


• Organizing and maintaining records on system.


• Compiling data and generating reports for supervisor.


• Communicating with suppliers and logistics team.


• To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma with 1 year working experience or Fresh Graduate Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management/other related studies.


• Intermediate Excel Sheet skills.


• Must be proficient with written and spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin (Preferred).


• Preferred those with experience in FMCG.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Five and the half days work week (Half Day on Saturday).


• Candidate must be willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
