Job Descriptions:
- Approve and process invoices generated by the system.
- Create GRN for goods return.
- Organizing and maintaining records on system.
- Compiling data and generating reports for supervisor.
- Communicating with suppliers and logistics team.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma with 1 year working experience or Fresh Graduate Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management/other related studies.
- Intermediate Excel Sheet skills.
- Must be proficient with written and spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin (Preferred).
- Preferred those with experience in FMCG.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Five and the half days work week (Half Day on Saturday).
- Candidate must be willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
