Specialization: HUMAN RESOURCES Job description: Job Responsibilities • Overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resource and admin functions • Oversee administrative and operational activities of the company's human resources including recruitment, performance management, manpower planning, development plans, compensation and benefits as well as employee relations. • Implementation of effectives HR policies, procedures and practices for the company • Handle staff disciplinary and welfare issues • Evaluate/ measure training program to ensure its effectiveness • Facilitate good communication and feedback among different levels of management and employees • Screening and Interviews candidates according to recruitment needs of company • Verification on payroll report, Staff Claims, HR related report. • Overseeing the office facilities maintenance, front desk hospitality, office and pantry supplies • Manage the assigned budget for the department • Conduct periodically check with office staffs to understand the general interest and satisfaction; • Organize company events • Provide admin support Job Requirements • Minimum 8 years of working experience in the related field, preferably with team managing experience • Good communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa • Good interpersonal skills Apply Now Back to Job Vacancies |
