- SME Sales Position - Identifying prospective SME customers in the assigned territory via door to door visit. Understanding of customer organization structure, buying criteria and decision process.
- Recommending business solution to customers.
- Developing a strong relationship with existing and prospective customers.
- Preparing proposal/quotation, sales order documentations, contracts/agreements, check stocks availability, delivery schedules and engineer installations.
- Providing after-sales service and collecting payment.
