We are representing our client, a leading online talent platform, in their search for dynamic Business Development Managers / Senior Business Development Managers to expand their market presence and accelerate growth.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to successful closure and ongoing account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the customer base and drive revenue through new business initiatives
- Identify market opportunities and introduce new products aligned with the company’s growth strategy
- Deliver effective product demonstrations to stakeholders in HR and Marketing across all organizational levels — from end users to senior management
- Customize solutions from a diverse portfolio of products and services to meet client needs
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Support clients throughout the entire sales and collections process
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and quality after-sales support
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or sales development
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in a local dialect is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex sales cycles
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail
- Experience with recruitment solutions or SaaS platforms is a plus
- Goal-oriented, driven, and passionate about building a successful career in sales
