Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project management work experience for construction project of factories, distribution warehouses, houses, commercial facilities, educational facilities, hospitals, hotels etc.
• The main person to liaise with clients, organize the project team, demonstrate leadership, and lead the project to success.
• Establish project strategy, procurement strategy, bidding coordination and documentation creation, construction site management, cost / quality / schedule management etc.

Requirement:

• Min 10 years of experience in construction management for commercial industry at a construction company and with experience of on-site management experience.
• Added advantage if have experience in design supervision of construction for commercial industry at a design company.
