  • Coordinate with Purchasing Department regarding new raw materials needed for product development.

  • Conduct laboratory trials to prepare prototypes sample.

  • Prepare sample for management meeting.

  • Take part in the New Product Development (NPD) meeting to liaise with stakeholders on the requirements and issues during product development.

  • Conduct sensory evaluation on developmental product.

  • New idea generation for new product or product improvement.

  • Conduct plant trial to confirm product and process specification predetermined in the laboratory.

  • Supervises the execution of plant trials.

  • Check and records the process parameter during the plant trials.

  • Assist in commissioning of new line.

  • Monitor Initial production of new products or new flavours.

  • Evaluation alternative of raw materials or flavours.


Job Requirements:



  • Degree in Food Technologies / Science or equivalent.

  • 1- 2 years of related experience.

  • Dairy formulation experience strongly preferred with knowledge of ingredient functionality, chemistry, processing, and manufacturing

  • Understanding of sensory and consumer research methodology

  • Strong ability working with cross-functional teams

  • Successful organization of training sessions and workshops.
