JOB DESCRIPTION 

Job Title: Executive, Maintenance Technician Company: URC Snack Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd 

Department: Maintenance Location: Batu Pahat

 

JOB PURPOSE 

Responsible and monitor all maintenance activities. Assist in implement in S4 HANA project processes.

 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS (The critical accountabilities needed to fulfill the job purpose) 

Reports to: 

• Maintenance Assistant Manager/ Maintenance Manager

 

Direct Reports: 

• Nil

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (The critical accountabilities needed to fulfill the job purpose) 

 

• To monitor documentation for the ISO/HACCP/BRC system is updated and implemented accordingly.

• To assist and ensure machines in production are up to date

• Aware of the compliance of food legislation and legality requirements.

• To assistant project SAP S4HANA and key personnel for data and documentation project in an organization 

responsible for Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Refurbishment, Calibration, and Projects (assetintensive / maintenance-driven environment)

• To develop and enhance reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.

• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior from time to time

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE (Minimum entry level requirements for the job) 

 

• Minimum SPM Cert. or Diploma in any related field

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in related fields

Job level: Executive

Position based: On-site (Pasir Gudang) 

Salary range: RM2800 - RM4000 (depending on experience)
