Key Responsibilities:
\nCoordinate and manage customer feedback to ensure timely resolution and continuous service improvement.
\nCollaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer support issues effectively.
\nRespond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
\nOversee and manage daily operations of third-party warehouse activities, including export/EM shipments and inter-company transfers.
\nSupport warehouse efficiency improvement initiatives and ensure inventory accuracy.
\nPerform any additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse & Logistic Manager.

Requirements:
\nDiploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, or any related field.
\nMinimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
\nStrong communication and coordination skills.
\nDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
