WE’RE HIRING – Customer Support Executive
Location: Batu Pahat (On-site)
Contract: 6 months
Job Level: Executive
Salary: RM2,800 – RM4,000 (depending on experience)
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Customer Support Manager
Job Purpose:
To continuously improve customer support deliverables and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Northern, AEON, MT Sample, Marketing Event & TRN orders
- Ensure high fulfilment level for DC AEON orders
- Manage RMA, credit notes (CN), returns & POD filing
- Handle MyNews E-Invoice & ensure timely B2B updates
- Track SO, daily sales reports & stock status with DSP
- Coordinate with Tiong Nam & Sales teams on deliveries and issues
- Resolve daily operational & delivery-related matters
- Attend to sales team enquiries, requests & complaints professionally
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in FMCG order processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, organized & customer-focused
