HR Exec - RBA

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Responsible Business Alliance (RBA, formerly known as EICC)Compliance and Audit.

To ensure the company Compliance and meet the RBA Audit requirements in HR relatedfocus.

Working closely with clients for RBA related matter.

To perform HR activities related to RBA and existing ISO policy.

Inspection and audit at foreign workers facilities as and when needed to ensure RBAcompliance.

REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/ Degree in Human Resource or relevant fieldwith required skills in Microsoft Office.

At least 5years relevant experience in manufacturing field (such as internal/ customer RBA, HRrelevant audit & so on)

IATF, ISO14001 audit involvement will be additional advantages

Well versed in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Compliance & Audit.

Possess RBA Certification/ attended RBA Course as added advantages.

Fluent in communication: English, Bahasa Malaysia with good interpersonal skills and flexible. Ableto speak Mandarin will be additional advantages.

Competent to work under pressure with short lead time given and fast pace.
