Specialization: MARKETING OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT|
Responsible for pro-actively on sales rental, focuses on maintaining customer relationships, business development, sales target troubleshooting on customer problems in line with the contract and internal standards.
1.Sales /Sales Planning/Networking
- Contribute and perform sales activities to achieve company set objective and striving to meet targets.
- Identify and secure business from new and existing customers.
- Organizing sales visits, contacts current and potential customers, visit establishments to evaluate needs, and promotes the sale of products and by providing before and after sales support.
2.Contract / Rental Agreement
- Prepare or coordinate (quotations for) contracts in line with the guidelines for contract by ensuring the quotation is drafted carefully and the terms of an agreement which has been agreed.
- Negotiate with internal and-or external parties, acquire approval and close the contract and monitor compliance with contract in line with internal processes
3.Service after sales / Sales Support
- To support the maintenance team with technical matters and may attend to negotiations with the customer for the maintenance and correction of products that have been sold/ rented.
4.Account / Sales Collection
- Work closely with the finance team to provide to keep track outstanding debts. Negotiate with customer for extended payment plans to avoid further debts.
- To execute, maintain and or improve sales documentation administrative activities and systems in line with internal requirements
- Develop a daily/weekly call list and maintain information accuracy monthly
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of related sales experience in construction industries.
- Proven sales track record
- Willing to travel as per work required
- Willing to work on 5.5days per week
- Able to communicate in , English and Bahasa languages
- Computer literate
