Job description:
Job Responsibilities: - To develop, test and maintain software packages for distribution to user desktops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- To build and maintain images containing operating system and core applications for distribution to user desktops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- To maintain effective local documentation including standard operating procedures, best practices, and methodologies for application packaging and OS deployment.
- To develop and maintain skills in Microsoft Windows, OS deployment and software packaging technologies, including assessing how they may be deployed into existing services or developed into new ones
- Identify and select, by agreement and liaison with users, the best method to deploy each piece of software requested taking into consider any current technical limitations.
- Excellent scripting knowledge in VB Script, PowerShell and batch script.
- Contribute to the development of the End User Computing infrastructure, particularly relating to applications and image deployment, assisting with the development of technical methodologies, best practice, policies, procedures, and associated documentation.

Job Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in IT, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- 8 – 10 years working experience
- 5 years EUT related in a large enterprise (>2000 staff) with multi-location.
- Microsoft Windows All OS flavours and Mac OS
- Microsoft Technologies include Admin Studio, Windows Installer, SCCM and Intune.
- VB Script, PowerShell
