Job Responsibilities & Requirements - Collaborate with various functions & departments across the world, work with global teams & your peers to bring our procurement operations activity to the next level of profitable growth
- Support purchase order handling for major local procurement sites in Asia / Pacific, as well as multiple smaller sites Make sure our Proc. tools are always up & running & provide a great experience for our employees & suppliers, via a strong team of Proc. tools admin
- Ensure correct global maintenance processes & execution on supplier master data & other master data items. Data accuracy & processes being flowless
- Company employees & suppliers relies on our support for smooth procurement operations activities
- In charge of people management activities: ensuring selection, management, assessment & promotion of employees to ensure long-term sustainable success with competent & motivated staff
- Responsible for the organization, control, regulation &quantification of all operational procurement activities handled in your area Ensure operational & tactical KPI´s are meet, & processes improved
- Support & drive analytics & digital transformation projects
- Adapt & implement of efficient forms of organization, procedures & processes to capture rationalization potentials, to optimize productivity & to meet safety requirements, considering operational impact. Looking for optimization & efficiency opportunities is part of our DNA
- Proactively balance workload of your team, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements Your profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Finance
- Minimum 8-year experience on Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Customer Service or Finance (Shared Service Center environment preferred)
