Job Description

• Order Management: Accept and process purchase orders (PO) promptly, generate sales orders, and issue invoices upon shipment for revenue recognition. Coordinate with the factory/warehouse for delivery schedules and shipment documents. Provide allocation lists and handle document archiving.
• Support: Assist in new business start-ups and participate in process automation initiatives to improve productivity and workflow optimization.
• Stock Allocation: Generate outstanding reports, allocate stocks based on the forecast finalized by the Product Manager, and coordinate for drop shipments to distributors.
• Administrative Support: Provide necessary administrative support to the SCM department, including sample unit movement follow-up and assisting team members with order administration matters.

Requirement

• Knowledge of all or some supply chain functional areas, order fulfilment customer service, Logistics.
• Able to adapt to fast past and high-pressure working environment. 
• At least 1 year experience in Supply Chain operations experience in Hi Tech industry. 
• Detailed, meticulous and process oriented.
