Job description:

Job Summary

• Support and perform transactional activities for order fulfilment to customer, generates revenue to the company and directly contribute to improve revenue targets set in Business Plan. 

• Perform checks and communicate with ESC/internally, to align with order requirement, shipping details and documentation in timely and accurate manner. 

• Coordinate and monitor stocks and requirements, and issue pack/ship requests to the logistics team. 

Key Accountabilities 

• Order Management 

➢ Accept and Process PO to Sales Order timely. 

➢ Generate DN (Normal Order). 

➢ Generate Invoice to client/disty upon shipment to ensure revenue recognition. 

➢ Coordinating with factory/warehouse and ESC on monthly delivery schedule and shipment documents. 

➢ Provide allocation list to ESC. 

➢ Issue pack/ship instruction request to Logistic team. 

➢ Support any new business start-up. 

➢ Participate in process automation initiatives to increase productivity, workflow optimization and procedures.

 • Stock Allocation 

➢ Generate outstanding report. 

➢ Allocate based on forecast finalized by Product Marketing team. 

➢ Check schedule arrival and on-hand stocks. 

• Administrative Support 

➢ Assist SCM department in necessary administrative support, follow-up of sample unit movement. 

➢ Support/back up team member on related order admin matters. 

➢ Provide support to team leads/manager including analyzing business process and workflow to identify room for improvement.
